Before your visit
Tell us your preferred pressure and any areas you want avoided. Mention injuries, pregnancy, skin conditions or other health concerns before the service so suitability can be discussed.
Aftercare
Give yourself time to relax and tell the team if you feel uncomfortable. Follow any care instructions given for a body scrub, polish or other selected service.
