Client hereby grants to Business the non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual right to use, reproduce, distribute, and display the video footage taken of Client during their visit to Business's establishment ("Video Footage"), on social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube, Whatsapp and or other social media platforms.
# 2. NO COMPENSATION OR CREDIT
Client acknowledges and agrees that they will not receive any monetary compensation or credit for the use of the Video Footage.
# 3. PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES
Client understands and agrees that the Video Footage will be used for promotional purposes only, to showcase Business's services and products.
# 4. RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION
Client releases and holds harmless Business, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action that Client may have arising from the use of the Video Footage.
# 5. GOVERNING LAW
This Form shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario/Canada.
